A player who was watched a number of times last season became one of Ash Vincent's main targets for the summer and he is very pleased to have secured the services of the frontman.

"Demetri is a very talented footballer who as a forward knows where the goal is as his record of 40+goals shows but more than that, he has ambition and drive that he marries with a tremendous work ethic and I want players that will work hard for the Club but also to improve as players and that's why in forward areas, from outside the Club, make no mistake he was my main target.

So myself and the staff are absolutely delighted to beat off competition from all levels for someone who we feel will be a huge success here, we very much look forward seeing him play and scoring goals in a Worcester City shirt."

Demetri has played in the MFL before whilst at AFC Wulfrunians and Coventry Sphinx, he has also played for Sutton Coldfield Town and Hednesford Town.
