Following 11 months of fundraising, our U15 Girls side made it to Paris to visit their French counterparts VSCI.

After raising over £6,000, Worcester City U15 Girls conquered Paris over the Half Term break, travelling to the French capital for a trip of football and sightseeing.

On Sunday morning the team and their parents travelled to experience continental football with a session led by coaches of both boys and girls teams at VSCI. All of the girls had a fantastic time out on the pitch and following some wonderful hospitality from their hosts, the team departed for the Parc des Princes for a tour around PSG's stadium.

After rubbing shoulders with Mbappe, the team bus headed to the Eiffel Tower where everyone sampled local cuisine and culture, with the parent's wallets hit by all of the shopping on offer for the girls!

On Monday, the girls headed to Disneyland Paris, whilst all day ensuring that Captain Birmo was suitably embarrassed, by singing Happy Birthday to their skipper at every opportunity throughout the day! It was a day to remember for all of the team, especially the skipper for her 14th Birthday.

Indie, the team's number 10 'midfield maestro', was the main instigator on the trip, and also met up with two French friends having a tour of the City for a day!

Overall, it was an unbelievable trip for our girls. Memories, laughs and experiences to last a lifetime. The team returned to Worcester looking to organise their next trip.

Worcester City U15 Girls, their parents and the Coaching Team would like to thank all who donated, helped, fundraised and supported their trip to Paris. Special thanks to SLT, Rachel, for helping them throughout their trip, and to their brilliant and funny driver Les Holland of Les Holland Coaches Ltd for getting them everywhere safely, but also making the journey around Paris especially memorable.

The City is Blue, and now so is Paris!
