Worcester City's thriving youth section consists of boys and girls teams from Under 8s to Under 18s with pathways to the men's and women's first teams. Most of the boys' sides compete in the Nerf Junior Premier League with an Under 18 team entered in the Midland Floodlit Youth League.

The club is looking to add to its established girls teams which will be entered in Under 13 and Under 15 leagues next season.
