Droitwich vs Worcester City U8s

Two games today gave us a great chance to test the whole squad. Down in Droitwich the boys passed with flying colours, with some noticeable absences, it was really pleasing to see the style and philosophy remain the same.

Despite the pitch being well over due a snip the boys passed the ball around really well, dominating from start to finish and if it wasn't for some great saves from their keeper, the lads could of scored a few more.

9 ... Archie - In goal he made some really fantastic passing decisions and on his run out he brought great feet and energy to the team, scoring twice, with his 1st being a top bins beauty.

9 ... Logan - Drove down the wing to smash the boys in front and was phenomenal across the bank line, reading the game and making some really good decisions at the back.

9 ... Jakub - Great feet and some super passing decisions and combinations, attacked Logan's corner really well to grab himself a goal.

9 ... Zayne - Controlled and passed the ball well, taking up some fantastic positions in the box to create some nearly moments and showed great awareness to slip Archie through at the end.

9 ... Man of the Match - Jonny - Was fantastic at Nunnery the other week and continued his fine form today, working hard to chase and press the ball, he passed well and scored a super goal by staying calm and passing a Jakub pull back into the corner of the net.
