Worcester City aims for the best for all of its players, trying to develop them in all aspects of football. Each team has a minimum of one level 2 coach who will take training sessions.

Worcester City FC U12s play 9x9 in the Junior Premier League: One Midlands Navy U11, their matches take place on Saturday mornings unless otherwise agreed with the opposition.Home matches are at Perdiswell.
