Worcester City aims for the best for all of its players, trying to develop them in all aspects of football. Each team has a minimum of one level 2 coach who will take training sessions.

Worcester City FC U12s play 9x9 in the JPL and their matches take place on Saturday mornings unless otherwise agreed with the opposition.Home matches are at Perdiswell.
