Worcester City travel to the Dovecote Stadium to take on Shepshed Dynamo in a 3pm kick off on Saturday afternoon.
City have already played Shepshed once this season, with a double from midfielder Liam Lockett helping City to a 3-0 win at Claines Lane in October.
Chris Cornes’ men will be hoping for a similar result on the road this time around, and will be boosted by their last two results being an emphatic 6-1 defeat of Sporting Khalsa, followed by a 0-2 away win against Worcester Raiders in the Worcestershire Senior Cup semi-final.
Shepshed Dynamo come into the game in 16th position in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division and will be hoping to move up a couple of places in the table with a win. Shepshed will be looking to improve their form, having only one win in their last six games.
City are 3rd in the division as things stand and will be looking to make the most of their two games in hand on 4th place Sporting Khalsa to increase the gap between the two sides. Should 2nd place Corby Town suffer defeat away at Long Eaton United in their 3pm kick-off, a win would take Worcester within two points of them.
Shepshed Dynamo play at the Dovecote Stadium, Butthole Lane, Shepshed, Leicestershire, LE12 9BN.
Shepshed Dynamo ticket prices: Adults £10, Concessions £6.00 and under 18s £2.00
