Worcester City aims for the best for all of its players, trying to develop them in all aspects of football. Each team has a minimum of one level 2 coach who will take training sessions.

Worcester City FC U16s play in the Junior Premier League: One Midland Navy U16, their matches take place on Saturday mornings unless otherwise agreed with the opposition. Home games are at Perdiswell.
